What’s new?
Added Customer Information to Call Outcome Screen
Based on feedback from SalesView users, oftentimes reps were navigating back into SalesView while talking with customers on the phone. When opening SalesView back up, you would see the Call Outcome screen that you would need to close out of if you wanted to see important customer information like name, address, and appointment time.
In this release, we have added that information right into the Call Outcome screen so you can quickly get the information you need to communicate with your customers.
‘Copy’ Prospect ID and Address
In SalesView, you can now hold down on the prospect id or address in the customer screen to copy it to your phone’s clipboard. This feature was built in so that you can easily gather the information and share it into your company’s communication channels like Slack, Teams, or email.
Photos List View
When navigating to the photos section within a customer’s attachments, there is now an additional view. With the new list view, you’ll benefit from better seeing photo titles and the rep who took the photos.
What’s improved?
Styling Tweaks & Fixes
The team has continued to dial in different styling and tweaks that have been recognized by users.
Payment Functionality
Addressed bugs that were found when collecting credit card payments with PayNet.
What’s coming next?
Add File Feature
We are working on a feature that will allow you to add files to your customers appointments. This will be especially helpful when you receive a signed pdf proposal after the appointment ends. Now you can add pdfs and other files directly to the appointment or prospect.
