Facility Booking is now available on mobile! Check real-time availability and reserve venues for your meeting or event instantly. Customise and notify participants regarding the reservation.

-In work order, you can view the anonymous requestor's details in the Additional Info field

Greetings, good people of ServeDeck! I come bearing updates from my maker:
- The attendance list is now able to show all records across multiple sites.
- There may be additional approval when you request for inventory item.
- Asset break down? Asset ready for use? Update the asset status in WO operation.

- Just kidding about the cat videos. Or is it?

- Asset photos with prefix 'WO_' is included as attachment in WO.
- Inspection work order now includes compliance assessment. Conduct inspection and notify the team of the compliance status.

- Main Task & Subtask have been moved to the Related Records tab.
Now that's out of the way, we're going to make our dev team work longer hours so they can start churning out even more great features :D

2.11 is here!
We've enabled display/hide task logs in Comments, enabled support for the signature type field in forms, and upgraded password setting with security policy. We also gave special attention in enhancing the app security because, well, it's important.

- Incorrect action messages in Door Access
We sent ServeDeck to an isolation room without food and now things are working better.

We love the smell of dead bugs in the morning, not literally:
- UI issue with the work order card size
- We exterminated the bug that interfered with the version checking in iOS
We also enhanced the advanced filter function for work request, so now the advanced filter is more advanced.

- The flow of issue acceptance has been refined. When performing acceptance of an issue, user can choose to accept it by “Me” (the user him/herself), “Reporter”, or “Other”. The user who resolved the issue will not be able to accept the issue.
