We’ve enhanced and implemented a search function when selecting your business location. This will make it faster for users to select the business location they are redeeming vouchers for.

This release also includes minor UI fixes and improvements.

You can now use the Service NSW Business Bureau app to:


• book advisors and events from the Business Connect or Aboriginal Business Advisory Initiative programs, which will help your business with tailored, expert guidance

• track and save licences associated to your business, staff, and contractors, etc

• connect with the Business Concierge team for any help

• view relevant notifications

• (for businesses participating in voucher programs) redeem vouchers, view payment summaries, share transaction reports, update your bank account details, and perform other relevant program management functions like managing locations etc.

• Enhancement for eligible businesses accepting Back to School NSW vouchers. The app will show Transaction ID as a barcode for easy input into POS systems.

• Support for the same device (mobile app) to be used to redeem vouchers for multiple locations.
• This is useful when a business would like to use the same mobile device for voucher redemptions when managing more than one business location.
• Update to the user experience introduces the ‘Program Hub' tile to access more information on the Voucher program including FAQ’s and T&C’s.

Minor improvements, stability enhancements and bug fixes

This new version of the Service NSW Business app includes design updates and bug fixes to help deliver an improved voucher scanning experience. You are now able to scan multiple vouchers in one transaction and are guided by visuals throughout the process, providing a faster more streamlined experience.

Fixed a minor issue in the Before and After School Care program.

This version introduces support for the Before and After School Care program which allows participating provider to redeem vouchers from parents of school aged children attending NSW Government Schools (T&Cs apply).

With this release we've enhanced your help and settings experience from within the app, fixed a few bugs and smoothened out a few things.

We will constantly keep updating the app to enhance your experience. Look out for the latest versions!

Oops we found a bug that was causing problems for a small number of businesses to scan the vouchers.

If you are one of those who are facing issues with the app, please update your app to the latest version.

As always we are working to make the app better for you. With this release we enhance the app with the following:

- Stay and Rediscover voucher scanning and redemption ( along with Dine & Discover)
- Enhanced home screen with program listing
- Multiple programs' connection/ disconnection from the Business Profile
- Updated Branding in-app and in the stores to represent both Dine and Discover and Stay and Rediscover and make it easier for businesses to identify the app.

This version release includes a patch fix to add another security certification for SSL Pinning.

In short, we are trying to make the app more secure and reliable for you :)
