Fix for the way the mobile app handles non-BLE devices.
If the mobile device region setting were set to something Canada or Mexico an error could occur on installations. SkyMobile has been update to better handle those two region settings on the mobile device.

Improvements to the Tractor Tag and SkyCamera installation processes
Added Diagnostics section for Kuantum devices
On the Installations page, added ability to sort the list based on Date/Time, Asset ID, or Device S/N, and in Settings added the option to choose your default sort order on the Installations screen.
Added details to Current Device Information
Current Date/Time - the date and time when user went into Current Device Information section.
Location - GPS latitude and longitude. - Trim to 4 decimal places.
Cell Connectivity - Yes or no [Network Access to the internet]
