สมาร์ทอีไอเอพลัส เป็นโมบายแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ใช้ในการค้นหาโครงการที่ต้องจัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมหรือ EIA ที่ผ่านความเห็นชอบจากสำนักงานนโยบายและแผนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยสามารถค้นหาได้จากชื่อโครงการหรือชื่อเจ้าของโครงการ จังหวัดที่ตั้งหรือค้นหาจากประเภทโครงการเช่นอุตสาหกรรม เหมืองแร่ บริการชุมชนและที่พักอาศัย เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถตรวจสอบว่าในบริเวณใกล้เคียงมีโครงการที่ผ่านความเห็นชอบหรือไม่ และมีรายละเอียดโครงการเป็นอย่างไรได้อีกด้วย
