מיועד רק עבור משתמשים רשומים במערכת
מאפשר למשתמשים לבצע הזמנות חדשות, לצפות בהזמנות או לעדכן.
יצירת ההזמנה מתאפשרת ע"י חיפוש מוצרים ודפדוף בתמונות המוצרים שנמצאו.
מערכת WebSales מיועדת לספקים בכל המגזרים :
מזון, מתנות, תרופות, קוסמטיקה, ציוד משרדי, צעצועים, מוצרי מחשוב,
מוצרי הגיינה, מוצרי תינוקות, מוצרים לבית ועוד.
המטרה:
לחבר את לקוחות הספק הנבחרים למערכת אינטרנטית שמתממשקת למערכת האירגונית של הספק (ERP)
עדכון המוצרים והמחירים מתבצע ישירות מהמערכת הארגונית ללא צורך בעדכון מקביל בשתי מערכות.
ישנה תמיכה אינטגרטיבית מול מערכות ארגוניות שונות, כגון:פריוריטי, SAP, חשבשבת ועוד.
בסיום ההזמנה ע"י הלקוח, ההזמנות מועברות ישירות למערכת הארגונית של הספק
המערכת מאפשרת ללקוחות הספק:
לבצע הזמנה עם המחירים שלו ומוצרי הלקוח שלו
צפיה בסטטוס ההזמנות שלו
צפיה בגיול החובות שלו
צפיה בקטלוג הספק
קבלת הודעות מהספק כגון: מבצעים חדשים או עדכוני מחירים
המערכת תומכת בבניית מבצעים ע"י הספק ומימושם ע"י הלקוח תוך כדי ביצוע הזמנה
אפשרות שליחת משובים לספק
