Wave Service is an easy-to-use facility management system for commercial property.

With Wave Service, you can automate and simplify the day-to-day facility management processes: service and maintenance requests, inventory, scheduled inspections, entry passes, announcements, etc..

Thanks to the clear interface and intuitive navigation, both tenants and service workers can work with the app and create requests with no effort or extensive training.

• The new “Requests” section is available to all users as a separate tab and replaces the previous “Profile”. The content of the “Requests” tab is adapted according to the user's role. Requesters can view their requests and their status. Employees and managers will see extended lists of requests for processing.
• Added a new feature – the “Notifications” button – to the “Requests” section. Very soon it will display all important events. For now, you can find there announcements and notifications about entry pass requests, if you have any.
• The “Events” section has been removed. Now all requests that previously appeared in this section will be available in “Requests” on the “Created by me” tab. This change aims to improve navigation logic and prevent misunderstandings.
