About Snap Returns
Snap Returns is a service made to save you time by taking the hassle out of package returns.
With the click of a button have us come to you and take care of your return. Need to send back some clothes from Amazon that don't fit? Don't like the look of your new TV from eBay and want to ship it back? We've got you covered!
Why Snap Returns?
• Convenient - Don't have the original box from your order? We'll package it!
• Fast - Save hours of time spent getting returns ready and shipped out.
• Cheap - Pickups are cheap! Typically cost less than your average Uber ride.
To start using Snap Returns
1. Open the app and see if you are located in a Snap Returns supported location (Currently in Fort Lauderdale, Florida)
2. Fill out our package questionnaire and schedule a pickup
3. Give your return to our driver upon arrival
And that's it!
Restrictions
• Snap Returns is currently available only in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as a beta program
• Only online returns are accepted currently
• Must be a valid return with a shipping label provided. (We'll print it for you!)
Our mission is to save you time by making returns as easy as possible. More features coming in the future such as accepting returns that are no longer valid!
