Sogno Coffeehouse and Creperie is an award winning, local coffee shop that roasts its own coffee in our custom-built roaster. We use only the finest Arabica beans from the all over the world. Our Story
Caffe Anello means the “Coffee Ring” in Italian. Coffee has been a significant part in many worldwide cultures for centuries. Coffee promotes gathering and socializing. It is the start and finishing experience to many peoples day. Caffe Anello was created to ensure that both the start and the end of your day is on a smooth-tasting note. Our Anello Family- John Vitale (Master Roaster/Executive Chef), Alissa Napoletano Vitale (Director of Marketing), Cheryl Napoletano (Managing Partner), Matt Borgersen (Sous Chef), Tim Celli (Head Waiter of Caffe Anello).
The Roast
Caffe Anello is proud to serve only the finest Arabica beans. Our roast process involves small, handcrafted batches of single-origin beans. Why single origin and not blends? Our Master Roaster believes that each region of the world that produces the best coffee crop should be tasted individually to appreciate the vast flavors and tasting experiences. Our coffee is roasted fresh every day and packaged on our premise. The attention we give to the quality of our coffee bean selections as well as the roast process is simply unrivaled. The taste and the freshness of our coffee brands are in a league of their own. We pick up our raw coffee beans at the port and roast them in our custom-built roaster.
