About STARS Intake

STARS Intake allows you to immediately enter claims and incidents from wherever you may be.

STARS Intake provides secure mobile access to STARS Enterprise and is available to clients in the Community Cloud as well as those self-hosting their implementation. It is compatible with version 14 and higher.

With STARS Intake you can:
- Enter new claims and incidents
- Select an existing record from STARS to populate fields on the claim/incident (such as employee or patient records)
- Create notes attached to the claim/incident
- Attach photos to the claim/incident
- Trigger events to occur after submission of the claim/incident

-STARS Intake is available on iPhone, in addition to iPad.
-Error messages and standard screens within the app are now globalized. Templates will still need to be created to the specific language, which is the same as Interview Entry on the web, but the standard screens are error messages can be seen in user’s language
-Email addresses can be entered into an incident and the incident summary will be sent to those email address, attached as a PDF to the email.
-Photos built into the interview template (such as logos) will appear in STARS Intake.
-Templates can be built to enter multiple claims/incidents in one entry and attach the claims or incidents to existing occurrences or create new occurrences.
