Users can collaborate on lists and share real-time information about in-stock items, sales, and merchandise locations. Retailers will have the ability to reduce labor costs, fulfill online order picking more efficiently, reduce interaction/exposure time with the public for health safety, reduce driver/picker times filling orders, and track consumer habits and trends, advertise, provide promotions/coupons, target specific merchandise, as well as monitor stock/demand.
