The Updated version of Taj Rummy app is here and it’s all about making your experience faster, innovative and smarter.
- Declare – Upon forming valid sets as per the game rules, select the closing card and then click on “Show” to “Declare” cards with a single click.
- Pre-Meld - A new Pre-Meld Confirmation feature has been introduced to give a preview of the sets melded by the players after placing a show.
- Smart Correction - This feature has been introduced to help players place a valid show in case they have the right sets of cards but have melded them incorrectly. Upon forming valid sets as per the game rules, and clicking on the “Show” button, the Pre-Meld Confirmation box appears and uses Smart Correction to meld your cards.
- Support –Now the app has Support options to assist you at all times.
o Help/FAQ’s - The FAQ’s section has answers to questions you may have on every aspect of playing at Taj Rummy.
o Email Us - We have a dedicated Customer Service Team to help resolve all kinds of issues. Upon receiving an email/ticket/feedback from you, an automated response is sent with the ticket number for your reference. Our team will get back to you with a resolution at the earliest.
o Live Chat – We added live chat for all instant queries.
- Push Notifications – Now you will receive the right message at the right time. Don’t miss out on hot news, deals and promotions.
- Account Overview – This option under “More” and shows quick details of your player account.
- Update Email & Mobile – Players can now update their email addresses and mobile numbers from the app as well, apart from the website.
