5 locations, unlimited responses
The subscription automatically renews unless turned off in Account Settings at least 24h before current period ends. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and according to the cost of the current plan.
Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited after purchase.

In this version it is possible to switch between day/week/month and see the stats accordingly.
Top Concerns percentage
Top concerns section is now showing the percentage of how many people expressed particular concern. We also integrated a progress bar to show visually which concern got the most votes.
