About Tapas!
Tapas! The app has 150 of the best tapas recipes from tapas bars in every region of Spain. Including easy-to-cook classics such as "patatas bravas" or "tortilla española", as well as clever and modern tapas such as sobrasada with honey and quail's egg, deep-fried olives, tuna with tomato, and pork in orange sauce. You'll soon see why the Spanish are so proud of their tapas culture.
Be inspired by the 150 beautifully photographed recipes. The dishes have been specially photographed for this app so you can rotate the plates on your screen – just like you would in a tapas bar. In the highest picture quality, of course, for retina display.
Tapas! The app is divided into chapters (salads, fish & seafood, vegetables, meat, desserts, etc.) and regions (Catalonia, Andalusia, Galicia, etc. You can also use the search function to find your tapa by ingredients (such as asparagus, artichokes, clams, etc.).

About the authors:
Authentic Spanish tapas recipes created by Marc Fibla, who worked at El Bulli and as chef in an elegant hotel restaurant in Barcelona before spending two years as chef on the private yacht of the owner of a Spanish fashion chain.
Many of the traditional recipes were created because he had to use ingredients sparingly – daily reality for Marc when the yacht was voyaging in the South Seas, the Atlantic and the Pacific. Now he has collected all his experiences in "Tapas! The Cook Book".
The recipes were arranged in a layout that even non-professionals can follow by the Munich-based cook book specialist Ingeborg Pils.
Marc Fibla and Günter Beer cooked, presented, photographed and then ate all 155 tapas at the Buenavista Studio near Barcelona. Much to the interest of the neighbors.
