The TeleTracking Transporter™ mobile app enables operational leaders and front-line staff to complete patient and item transports, request assistance, and receive notifications on the go. It offers a mobile, real-time view of the employees’ assigned work in an easy-to-use format. The TeleTracking Transporter™ app is a mobile solution that is available as a supplement to TeleTracking’s Capacity Management ™ Suite.

This change eliminates the need for supervisors to change a transporter's membership profile within CMS to permit login to a different campus.

Transporters now have the ability to reschedule jobs for up to 3 hours. Previously, jobs could only be rescheduled for a maximum of 1 hour.

When transporters reschedule patient transport jobs, the Destination lead time is now displayed.
The app automatically subtracts the lead time from the number the transporter selects in Minutes Before Job Is Sent For Transport Assignment. The result is the amount of time before the job returns to Pending status and can be assigned to a transporter. This enhancement avoids confusion about when the rescheduled jobs will be available again for transporters.
