[Game Rules]
Blackjack is a game between the player who bets chips, and the dealer. The one with a hand closer to 21 wins the game.
If the total of the cards is 22 or above, this is called a Bust, and the player/dealer loses immediately. The winner's pay will be 1 to 1, and for Blackjack (a combination of an ace and a 10, J, Q, or K) the pay will be 1 to 1.5.
