About The Moneypenny App
Wow your callers. And work a whole lot smarter. The Moneypenny App lets your Moneypenny Receptionist know your availability – without you ever having to send her a single update. Carry your cell phone around with you, and she’ll be able to tell your callers whether you’re available, or when you’ll get back to them. The App retains all of its original features, including:
- Access to your call and message log
- The ability to tailor your call handling instructions
- Secure access to view colleagues’ calls and messages
Logging in - when you access the App for the first time, you will be asked for the user name and password which Moneypenny have configured for you. Please contact your Moneypenny Receptionist on 866.202.0005 to obtain the details.

Less hassle for you. Better service for your callers. To achieve both of these, we’ve thrown out the rule book and reinvented this latest App’s ability to keep you in touch with your Moneypenny Receptionist. Clever location technology replaces its manual ‘update your Receptionist’ feature. By simply carrying your cell phone around with you, your Moneypenny Receptionist will be able to tell your callers whether you’re available, or when you’ll be free to call them back.

We’ve made some great improvements to the app, ensuring it’s more user-friendly and packed with even more useful features, including:
- An enhanced ‘status’ screen - you can now add or delete statuses easily, without having to move between screens
- The ability to view colleagues’ messages within ‘settings’ (this feature is password protected)
- An opt-in push message feature
- A new status reminder option to help you keep your status up-to-date
- The option to view your current status on your phone’s welcome screen

We’ve made a few tweaks to the latest version of the app, including:
- You’re able to log out of the app.
- Using the advanced search, you can view calls that didn't result in a message as well as those which did.
- You can amend the name of your ‘action status’.
- The app will notify your Moneypenny PA automatically if you change your call handling instruction, for example, select SMS instead of e-mail.
- Any annoying bugs are now fixed.
