The Toolboxit App is the only app currently available in the UK that is based solely for the UK construction industry. It allows all companies from painters, plumbers right through to general contractors to easily carry out toolbox talks on a daily basis on all your project sites
Toolbox talks are a recommended way of keeping safety in the minds of your workforce. The HSE describe toolbox talks as;
“Safety briefings are a useful way to keep health and safety forefront in the minds of your workers and make them aware of current risks and hazards. Daily safety briefings by supervisors to all workers help to foster a good health and safety culture.
Toolbox talks allow you and your workers to explore the risks of specific health and safety issues on your site and think about ways to deal with them. Toolbox talks should focus on a single topic and be held regularly for greatest impact.”

Two subscription levels available:
Basic: allows 2 users and does all the above
Professional: up to 8 users, does all the above plus, allows customisable toolbox talks to be written and sent out to multiple email addresses with the request that the talk be treated as a priority.
Toolboxit App is perfect for both trades and main contractors
Trades can use the app to help them educate their workers and keep them compliant onsite and with agency’s such as CHAS and Constructionline. It cuts out the need of printing out toolbox talks and taking them to site. Performing the talk and taking paperwork back to the office and scanning it and sending to their clients. Toolbox talks are regularly asked for on a weekly basis on most sites.
Main contractors can use Toolboxit to write specific toolbox talks that address site specific safety issues that they require their trades to address. A site agent can spend a short amount of time writing a toolbox talk on a subject such as welfare facility use on his site and then send it to all his trades as a priority talk. Toolboxit users will receive it within their app and non-users will receive a PDF for them to print off. Obviously the Toolboxit users will have it completed and returned quickly with no paperwork.
