What’s New?
-Linked mentors
You can now link your colleagues into a case or incident directly from the app. The linked mentor feature acts just like CC’ing into an email; the colleagues you choose will be kept up to date with every case or incident they’re linked into. We’d love to get hear your feedback on this!
-FaceID Bug
Some of you may be lucky enough to have a beautiful iPhone X with the cool new FaceID security, however on tootoot sport when logging in this has recently started crashing the app! That sucks right? Well don’t worry we have now fixed this so now you can show everyone how cool and easy it is to log into the app using FaceID!

Based on your feedback we’ve adjusted the language in the app, now instead of clicking “escalate” to request the name of a vulnerable pupil at risk, you’d click “reveal”.
