A feature was added to allow a user to attach pictures to a tracking number in the Transactional screens of the system. You must scan or enter a tracking number to the screen before you can attach a picture to it. You can also view and add pictures from the Search Screen if you open a record from the Search results and click on the Edit button for an item.

We have added the ability to capture label information with the camera on your mobile device. There is no more confusion on which bar code to scan. The process can capture the tracking number, recipient, sender, and weight. It will also load this information from a picture taken previously, in your camera roll.

The Bar Code Scanning process was enhanced for a better user experience. Optional sound effects and vibrations were added back in for scanning tracking numbers in bar codes. Each bar code will only trigger one sound effect during a multiple scan session. A user can enable bar code scanning sound effects and vibration in the Configuration screen. The inventory process was enhanced to support multiple scans. Some of our components were also updated to their latest version since our last release.

The Bar Code Scanning process was changed to remove the sound effects that was causing confusion and issues with multiple beeps per scan. Some of our components were also updated to their latest version since our last release.

The problem of the logon process that was locking up if the program was killed and then re-opened has been fixed. Scanning was updated so that multiple beeps are not issued for one scan.

Minor bug fixes, and component upgrades.

An option was added to turn off the Network Connection check to allow alternative connections to wifi. It was also changed so that Listbox values will not close when a user is scrolling the screen down in Transactional screens such a Receive, Edit and Deliver. Finally, transaction audit information was updated to include the user id of the person logged into the system.

A Search Screen was added to the system to allow real time item searches. Search criteria can include a tracking number, a name or partial name, status, group, location, type, vendor, or text in a note. Once the search has returned, items can be edited, or selected and sent to a multiple selection edit screen. Updates are real time or if the device is not connected to the internet, they are saved for later synchronization. The Signature Capture Screen now renders in Landscape mode to allow more room to enter a signature. An option was added to the transactional screens to be able to turn off the confirmation alert when updating transactions. A sound alert will play when the popup alert is turned off. We also changed the user field that is used for Room, PO etc. so it will accept alpha-numeric characters.

A switch was added to the Log On screen to allow a user to stay logged on to the system.

An option was added to the Transactional screens such as Receive and Deliver to be able to do real time updates or save the transaction to the local device and use the Synchronize screen to apply updates.

An option was added to the Transactional screens to keep selected values such as location, group, type and attached names after an update.

The system now checks for an internet connection before it attempts to call the Web API to avoid getting a non-responding screen when there is no connection to the internet.

An option was added to the Transactional Screens to scan an Update Bar code which will update the system the same as pressing the Update button.

The Scan Screen will now show the last scanned bar code. Data update screens such as Receive and Deliver were changed so the a swipe from left to right will not navigate to the previous screen. Lastly the Clear Fields button now pops up a confirmation so that users do not accidentally click this button and clear all the fields when it is not intended.

The Bar Code Scan screen was updated to remove any special characters from a scanned bar code. This will allow bar codes from the USPS to be scanned without any issues. We also added a count in the Bar Code Screen that shows how many successful scans have been captured if you are using the Multiple Scan option.

Version 2 of TrackIT Scan allows users to process package information off-line and then synchronize the transactions to the TrackIT Database. It also allows a user to access TrackIT information through the Web interface just as they did in version 1. Some added features include Scanning validation, and Multiple Scans. These options are turned on or off with a check box in screens where scanning is available. The scan validation uses the Courier or Vendor Regular Expressions defined in the TrackIT Database to match the pattern unique to each vendor or courier. If a valid match is not made, an audible error tone will be played. Successful scans will cause a beep and vibration. When the Multi scan option is selected, the Scan Screen can be closed by pressing the top of the scan screen. Once the user has completed all the transactions for the process they are performing such as Receiving, or Delivering packages, they can run the Synchronize process from the Main Menu. A Transaction Count will appear in the Synchronize Button in the Main Menu when there are pending Transactions to Synchronize.

Under Settings
- you can now enter a customer number to configure the web address used by the system
- you can specify which corner of the screen the Scan button will appear
- the system will automatically navigate to the specified web address when you click the Ok button
