This is a required TransNet update. The update includes OPTN policy changes regarding "PHS Increased Risk”, now known as "HIV, HBV, HCV Criteria”. “Anti-HBc" has also been changed to "Total Anti-HBc" as part of the update.

Fix an issue where the Local ID Validator Name might not appear on the Label Verification report when performing a Remote Validation.

Made it so that audit logs will now automatically be submitted every 30 seconds if the device has a connection to the Internet. Also add a new indicator to indicate if any audit logs have not yet previously been submitted to the Case Management screen.
