About Trega - Florist Delivery App
Trega is a delivery management service for any Florist small or large! Enhance customer satisfaction with a real-time delivery status update and confirmation. Send pre-delivery pictures! Drivers can use this app to view assigned routes, capture and send pre-delivery pictures and get turn-by-turn directions. Drivers can also create optimized routes by simply scanning the delivery tickets. Real time delivery confirmations with a name & signature, a picture or a video clip can be sent instantaneously to your buyers/customers. Capture status messages when a recipient is unavailable.. This app works seamlessly with the GotFlowers Platform and desktop delivery management software. All delivery status messages and delivery confirmation details are displayed on your GotFlowers dashboard. Driver's credentials are setup via the desktop account. Option to scan a driver's license for age verification before delivering a package.

The app supports Age Verification for deliveries that require an adult signature. Quickly scan a US or Canadian Driver's License to verify recipients age! To use this feature please tag products that need an adult signature on the GotFlowers dashboard.
Routes created on the App can be assigned to another driver.

Create routes by entering Order #s. This is useful if there is difficulty in scanning a printed QR code. The destination alert includes instructions for the driver for each delivery. The route list now displays the # of packages per order for delivery. Support for Public Transit is now optional.

This version has numerous enhancements and refinements to the flow. The app now supports access to an offline map database to support turn-by-turn directions in absence of cellular data coverage.The destination alert now includes a list of products, accessories and a thumbnail image of the greeting card. Drivers can view a larger image of the greeting card. When creating a route by scanning QR codes, an alert is provided if the delivery date on the QR code is for a future date and not the present date.

Everything that a florist needs in a delivery App. Turn by Turn directions are now based on the fastest route taking traffic congestion and incidents into consideration. Get estimated travel times to each destination. Upon reaching a destination, get a friendly reminder about the product and accessories to be delivered. Access multiple, delivery status options including drop offs. If the flowers are left with a neighbor, the app will prompt for the Neighbor's contact information. If the flowers are left on the porch, the app will prompt to take a picture as proof of delivery. If undeliverable, record the appropriate reason. All delivery status notifications are sent to the buyer in real time. Enhancements include the ability to refresh routes in the route view. Option to scan delivery tags to match products with a recipient's address.

Option to reload /refresh routes from the server. The random crash that occurred at the time of capturing a signature is resolved. Users can now skip the pre-delivery picture option before starting a delivery route. All pictures taken and sent with a delivery confirmation now include a watermark with your business logo and website URL. Navigation maps display real time traffic congestion.
