About Tribe: Live Sports Scores

Tribe is your Destination for Sport. We wanted to design something that represented sport how PEOPLE think, not organisations. This is our attempt at that. We still consider things to be in its infancy, and we're constantly looking to add new content, features, and ways to make following sport better.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Tribe has ad-free subscriptions. While we make every effort to ensure the continued operation of Tribe, we cannot make any guarantee regarding future access to the App.

Payment will be charged via the iTunes App Store upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original cost. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on their phones after purchase.

Some good bug fixes (many thanks to who reported them: we can only fix problems we know about, so we certainly appreciate all the feedback be it good, bad, or otherwise. Keep it coming). The biggest fixes relate to speed and performance issues that affected a few users. There are also fixes for those who were having a crash upon opening (caused by phone language settings), and those with team lineups overlapping themselves (caused by phone zoom settings), along with better round landing position when going into a competition channel.

It's been a while between updates because we've been working on a full rebuild of the app. This is it. The new platform. It's rebuilt from the ground up to be faster and more scalable. It also allows for a website version of Tribe (but more on that later). Yes this first version may have bugs (please let us know via the Feedback / Chat tab in the app's menu) but we will fix those. And yes, there are ads. They are necessary for Tribe to function, so we've integrated them as naturally as possible. Doing so will allow us to continue growing and improving Tribe. More competitions, more sports, more features, and a continued focus on making Tribe as fan friendly as possible. Thank you for joining us on this journey, and we can't wait for what's to come.

Facebook Login has been removed as a login option, and the login process been given a makeover. All logins will now be via email, or an option of Apple Login if you're on an iPhone. If your account was created with Facebook Login and your email was shared with Tribe, you're all set to use your email. If your email wasn't shared with Tribe, you'll be prompted to connect your email the next time you go to login.

It's a big update!

We introduce our first real community features with the Tribe Clubhouse. As part of this we invite everyone to connect with the incredible Tribe community via a Tribe Clubhouse Discord server, and we launch the beginning of blockchain-connected prediction competitions.

You'll also notice a new search bar on the MyTribe screen, which provides a far quicker way to find, access and add channels directly from the home screen. This along with some reshuffling of existing features should provide a slicker Tribe experience.

Venue channels have had an upgrade (yes, we have venue channels - find them in the add section, with more venues in more countries to be added soon). They now display matches arranged by the year and month. Add the channel for a venue near you, or request one if we don't yet have your favourite.

We've experienced a massive recent spike in traffic, thanks mainly to the Rugby World Cup. We really enjoyed bringing it to you, so thank you for following along and thank you for supporting us as we grow. While it may not be visible on the surface, that spike in traffic has meant a lot of 'duck's feet paddling under the water'. Along with our ongoing infrastructure scaling, this update largely deals with performance improvements and bug fixes. It also introduces an Apple Login option (iOS 11 and above), and there are new leagues available for the first time, such as the Japanese Top League rugby, Japanese J-League football, and Super Club Netball.
