UGO is an app thought and born for revolutionizing nightlife. Follow your favorite events, get rewards and exclusive deals for your club nights. With UGO your loyalty gets recognized and even rewarded!
• Get rewards - Now that you signed up you'll be able to see what events are happening around you and join this. This simple action will let you obtain a reward for that very night. It all happens in a snap, with a simple tap and without ever jumping out from the app.
• Buy tickets - Buy your tickets straight from the app. You'll always find the lowest price on UGO and you'll never have to worry about a single thing cause there's an entire support team that has your back at all times.
• UGO Kit - Every time you'll check-in at the door, UGO will keep score to award your loyalty. When you'll finally gather enough visits for a specific club you'll be able to obtain the UGO Kit which consists in goods and additional services.
• Discover events - Discover new events in your town and find the best events wherever you go. You can choose which and how many cities follow, to keep yourself posted on their latest events. You can also check the hottest events of the week, follow the latest promoters added to UGO. You can tailor your Explore section to your liking!
• UGO always has your back - Need help? Chat with UGO. Our support team is always at your disposal. Just get into the app and press [Chat with UGO] or [I'm having issues].

- buy tickets with Apple Pay,
- use cards with 3D secure/token verification,
- remove a saved card from your payment methods,
- pay with an 18app voucher (Italian citizens).

○ MANUAL CHECK-IN IS BACK
You asked for it, you desired it and finally we're glad to announce: manual check-in is back!
Go to your event, press [Check-in] from your event’s page or from the promoter’s page, do it at every party you’ll go and you’ll be rewarded with the UGO Kit, a survival kit featuring a priority entry, free wardrobe and a free drink or shot.
If the Promoter didn’t enable the UGO Kit yet, check-in anyway, you’ll have a better chance of being picked by UGO for the free entry.
○ I CAN SHOW YOU THE WORLD
Not only your city! The MY CITY section is now called EVENTS again like in the first version of UGO, but make no mistake: it’s brand new. In addition to the shiny new user interface there are some more news that’ll make you feel like a pirate.
○ TREASURE MAP
You’ll be able to only see the events you’re interested in with the new treasure map.
You can open it by tapping the [City - 50km ▾] button at the top of your page. Set the radius within which you want to see the events and get ready to find the most lavish loot of the 7 seas.
But remember: if you drank the 7 seas let the designated hub steer your ship.
There’s also a new side-scrolling calendar that lets you find events for a specific day you’re interested in and if you ever get blown off course, you can use the old reliable search button.
○ FACE TO INTERFACE WITH UGO
In the reviews you’ve already written about how beautiful UGO is, but nobody knew that he actually photoshops himself and we’ve decided to change something again. We did a full makeover to the Promoter’s list page and profile, we also added a spicy loading animation.
And remember, if you ever feel lost you can always text UGO from the menu.
