UMAI 360 keeps getting better, and this release is the best so far! We're adding a feature that has been in popular demand and gives you more control over your business management and safety.
Introducing, Team Management:
You can now create logins for your team and decide which staff have access to different parts of your 360, Loyalty, and other UMAI features.
Create group rights, so all regular staff have certain restrictions, while owners, managers, and other team members have different access rights.
Employees can use their own unique login and you will be able to track certain actions they take, like claiming Loyalty credit, finished or cancelling a reservation, making edits, viewing feedback, changing settings, and much much more.
A new and improved login experience.
If your staff forgot the password they can now reset their own password via email.
In this initial release you'll be able to create accounts, set passwords, and decide which features all the users should have access to. The access restriction is not fully ready yet, but will be completed soon. Upon release all the access restrictions you have set will come into effect retroactively, so the hard part can already be completed now - and Logins already work.
