Break Hours - Break hours can now be added to your VitusVet Connect Settings. This will allow practices to further customize their availability when clients are communicating via VitusVet Connect.
Auto-Reply Hours - Users now have the ability to edit their auto-reply hours. This customization will set when a client will receive an Open versus a Closed message when texting the practice phone number.
Auto-Reply Messages - Users can now customize the open and closed messages someone will receive when they text the practice phone number.
Ability to text arbitrary numbers - Users now have the ability to send outgoing messages to any textable phone number. This feature can be accessed by clicking the plus sign, typing in the phone number, and clicking Start a New Conversation.
