Using the Video Visits app, you can connect with your provider from your home, office or anywhere that’s handy for you and your device.
If you are a Sharp HealthCare patient with a provider who offers video visits, download this app to your iOS device. You will receive an email from Sharp HealthCare with a link to your video visit, which will open within the app.
Video Visits allow the following key features:
• Secure one-to-one video — Physicians and other providers can securely connect with you face-to-face any time, any place and from any device.
• 5-tier security protocols — Confidential information stays confidential; compliant with HIPAA, HITECH, PIPEDA and COPPA.
