About vPlan Go
With vPlan Go, you execute planning quickly and easily. See your work at home, abroad, on the road or at work. Wherever you go, you always know what needs to be done.
Everything in a clear dashboard. Choose the tasks you want to do today. You can quickly switch to other days to see what has already been done or what still needs to be done. All the information you need to do your work is available in the form of cards. Optionally, you can also see the cards of your colleagues.

Agenda view: Plan tasks at specific times, just like you're used to with your current agenda. Easily see what's scheduled at specific time slots. This helps you plan more efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Track hours without activities: Start and stop the stopwatch to keep track of time. Later, add the recorded time to a card.
New filter: Enable or disable subtasks and recurring tasks for a clear overview of your planning and quick access to the right information.

New in vPlan Go. Divide tasks into sub-cards. Divide tasks with subcards. Dividing large projects makes planning tasks a lot easier. In addition, you can now immediately add activities while creating a new card.
In addition, it is now possible to add time registrations to a (new) card by pressing the plus sign at the top right. You look up the desired card and add the hours to the activity. This makes it even easier to register hours.

Yes there it is! Perhaps the functionality we are most proud of, namely: the capacity view. Within this overview you will gain insight into your capacity. For example, you can see who still has room in the schedule and who is absent.
From now on, admin and planners can immediately add resources when creating cards.

From now on, you can give planners and administrators permission to modify activities or time registrations. You can scroll endlessly through all tasks and we have added a 'settings page'. Within our new 'settings page' you can determine the preview of a card yourself.
Within the card you can now delete attachments. So no problem if you accidentally upload the wrong picture. We have moved activities up in the card, so you can see them faster and more clearly. Finally, when you tap on a push notification, you navigate directly to the notification card or comment.
Of course, we have also fixed a few bugs and made some optimizations. Update the app for these new features!
