WEAR HISTORY
Wear history can be examined per watch or for the whole collection. You can filter the wears by day of the week to easily check which watches you tend to wear on sundays as an example.
ACCURACY MEASUREMENT
Store multiple accuracy measurements for each watch. Check interim result for a measurement while test is active.
Storing the results of each test allows you to compare whether a watch is more accurate on your wrist than in a box or on a winder, for example. If you enable the "Highlight special watches" flip in the settings, then the top-3 most accurate watches will automatically get a special plate design to highlight it. It can be quite fun to see which watches make it to the top-3 and when a watch gets removed from it.
TIMEGRAPHER ACCURACY MEASUREMENTS
Store results of timegrapher measurements including rate, beat error and amplitude in six positions. WatcheePro automatically calculates averages and deltas based on rate, beat error, and amplitude. Fully-wound and 24-hours running can be compared.
WEAR RATES
Track which watches you wear most often, how many days since last wear, and cost per wear. Watch statistics are just a tap away.
Wear rates can be examined for the whole watch collection and we've also added the per watch effective wear rate, which automatically calculates a percentage for each watch regarding how many times it has been worn compared to the days it has been owned. Wear rates are also available for brands and manufacturing countries, so you can find out how much you wear your watches belonging to a certain brand or watches made in a certain country vs. all other watches. If you enable the "Highlight special watches" flip in the settings, then the most/least worn watches will automatically get a special plate design to highlight it.
USEFUL AND ENTERTAINING

This update adds a new section to the app that allows storing of various parts and accessories for each watch. More specifically it allows the following:
-Store an unlimited number of accessories for each watch together with a photo and details of the accessory/part.
-If you are a watch collector, you can use this feature to store photos of different strap options for each watch as an example. Also it will be useful to add all items belonging to a watch box into the app, such as warranty cards, user manuals, photos of hang tags etc. This way you will probably very rarely need to open any watch box just to check what was inside of it.
-If you are a watch maker, you can use this feature to list all the watch movement parts you need for a project and what is the status of each part as an example.
-Each Item you add for a watch can have a specific status to easily point which parts or accessories are in watchbox, ordered, sold and so on.
-In the part/accessory detail view the photo of each item is shown in a scrollable view so you can zoom in to it to check the details of a warranty card as an example.

This time we have an exciting update regarding the wear history part of the app. We have added an extensive new history view that makes it possible to examine the wear habits of your collection's watches in a nice and thorough way. For each wear of a watch the new view will show:
-Watch brand and model together with the wear date and time
-Graphical symbols for the weekday and time of day of the particular wear. To make things visual we made monday-friday symbols appear as black on white, saturday as white on blue and sunday as white on red. There are also graphical symbols for morning, afternoon, evening and night, this will make it very easy to see which watches were worn on a particular day and in the morning as an example.
-If the watch has a status (such as a "Keeper", or "Needs Service"), that status is also included for each stored wear history record. This way it's possible to see what different statuses a watch has had over time and wears.
-For those really interested in wear rate and effective wear rate, we have added these figures for each wear history record also. This way one can see how "hot" a watch has been wear rate wise over time and wears, compared to the whole collection and to the watch itself compared to it's ownership period.

Wear history collection starts from this version (v2.1) WatcheePro will store more fine grained history for wearing of watches. This will allow more detailed and interesting wear data in the future as you wear your watches and keep tracking the wears with the app.
-Watch details page will show the wear count of last 7 days and last 30 days.
-Watch details page will also list the most recent weekdays the watch was marked worn.
-If "Show ownership duration" is activated in the settings, tapping the respective button now shows wear rate for the last 7 and 30 days and for the Calendar Year.
-Tapping the genre button will show the wear rate of the genre, to answer a question such as "How much do I wear my vintage or diver watches compared to other watches in my collection?".
A new setting "Mask summary info". When activated will mask the monetary values and serial number from the summary views that can be viewed with the various buttons on the main watch list. This is a feature requested by an app user who wants to share his collection facts as a screenshot, but mask the collection value and serial number. We love to hear feature requests from the app users and very often they end up in the app to make the app better for everyone. Thank you for this great suggestion!
This update also adds an animation for the main Watch list Watch Photo that will mimic the spinning motion of a Watch Winder.
The Watch Photo is first cropped to a circle and will then rotate endlessly offering a visual cue to easily spot the Watches that are on Winder.
Animation gets activated when the Watch status is set to "On Winder" and on watch details page the Winder animation direction is chosen. You can choose the winder to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise and just for fun, the speed of the animation can also be set.
-Fixes a bug where the "Days since last worn" information was not accurate.
-Fixes a bug where daily wear reminder could sometimes give false notification.

On the main watch list plates the genre symbol gets a functionality to it. By tapping the genre button you will now see:
-How many watches you have for that specific brand and how many of them are of the specific genre.
-The years during which the watches in collection belonging to a brand of the plate were manufactured.
-The total wear count and wear rate for the watches of the brand that the plate's watch represents. In essence this is the "Brand wear rate".
-Total cost for the watches of the specific brand in collection.
-Price range for the watches of the specific brand in collection.
-Last but not least, just for fun, the total weight of the watches of the specific brand in your collection.

Continuing the theme that we started with the previous update, this time there is an enhancement to the main watch list plates where it can now easily be observed which are the
Top-3 watches of the collection when it comes to accuracy. To earn a place in the Top-3, the watch has to be among the Top-3 watches based on all of it's accuracy measurements average result.
It's a good practise to measure the accuracy in different positions/use cases, dial up, on wrist etc. and let the app calculate the average of all the measurements.
It can be quite fun to see when a particular watch takes up a place in the Top-3 and some other watch moves off the list. By activating this feature, you will always easily see which are the most accurate watches of your collection, we hope you enjoy this update.

Note that when you activate this feature, the base plate design for the most/least worn watches is fixed, but you can still choose a crown and info frame for those watches. If you decide to toggle the feature off, the plate design will reset back to the settings the watch originally had.

This update brings a small enhancement for active accuracy measurements. There has been a small stopwatch styled symbol for any watch that has an active accuracy measurement going on. This has been changed to a blinking crosshair symbol to stand out a bit more and remind the app user to finish the measurement.

-Performance improvements. For this update we made significant improvements to the way the watch photos are loaded into memory. This will boost the performance especially for bigger watch collections.
-Some time ago we added the ability to store a photo of the watch movement and a lume-photo in addition to the dial and case back photos. There was however a bug, that prevented these two new photos from getting compressed (if enabled in settings) as efficiently as the two earlier photos. With bigger watch collections this can potentially have a huge performance impact. Please take a note of how to compress the photos on the app's settings tab.
-Image compression is now enabled by default in the app settings. This is highly recommended and we advice to keep the setting always enabled.

There's a little known feature in WatcheePro called the Keeper Rate. This feature estimates, based on the user's whole collection, whether a watch has the characteristics that likely make it a Keeper. With this update we've updated the feature based on interviews with watch enthusiasts and now we think the Keeper Rate provided by the app is really interesting for serious watch enthusiasts.
Keeper rate is calculated by comparing many aspects of a watch, such as diameter and lug-to-lug to the respective averages of the whole collection. Keeper Rate also takes into account the effective wear rate of a watch (EWR). EWR was recently introduced and it's a new way of seeing how often a particular watch is used. We used to have the collection wide wear rate, but it's a bit unfair for newly acquired watches since they would have a low wear rate for a long time. EWR instead is calculated by comparing the wear count of a watch to the number of days it has been owned, so a watch that was bought five days ago and marked worn four times would have an effective wear rate of 80%.
Having described the new Keeper Rate it might sound a bit complicated and maybe it actually is, but as you start using the feature you'll notice it's very easy to understand.
We will continue our dialogue with seasoned watch enthusiasts to make this feature even more thorough with the future updates.
