With Wellness, you'll always have the data to describe how you've been feeling. The mood chart shows your moods over time, so you can see every change in your mood — big or small.

Some medications help, some don't. Wellness knows when you plan to take your medication and remembers when you haven't, painting a clearer picture of your adherence.
# See your overall health
When you connect Wellness with Apple Health, you'll see health data from your other apps in your timeline. Wellness can even check in with you when new data arrives, so you can see connections between your moods and sleep, workouts, mindfulness, period cycles, and blood sugar.

We’ve learned so much from all of the feedback you’ve given us over the last couple of years. We realize that to continue growing we need a better foundation than the one we have now.
We are writing this to let you know that we will be focusing on rebuilding the foundation of the app so it is easier to build features and fix the problems you encounter much more quickly. In that time we may take a little longer to reply to support requests and will only release updates for critical issues.
In light of this, all **Wellness features will be free for a limited time.**
For our monthly customers, this means you can unsubscribe and still enjoy the paid features. For our forever customers, nothing will change. For new and free users, you’ll be able to use paid features for short time.
We plan to bring back paid features. If you have ever paid for Wellness, you will not lose anything you paid for.
If you have questions or concerns, please share them with us. We care deeply about our customers and want to do the right thing by you. Without you, Wellness wouldn’t survive. Our goal is to make Wellness the best mental health journal for you.
