To meet the users' needs, we have introduced a variety of options to get in touch with us in case of assistance needs. The new support request screen offers communication channels such as email, phone, or WhatsApp. Additionally, it is now possible to send photos, videos, or audio to better explain situations or questions, reinforcing our commitment to providing the best possible experience to users.
