New Features in This Version:
1. Notifications will now be displayed when there are items in the shopping cart.
2. Additional information, including the issuing date and issuing state, has been included in the Driver License bubble.
3. Improved logic for selecting rental dates in the Shopping Cart screen.
4. Bug Fixes:
+ Prevent selection of past rental dates.
+ Resolved timezone differences between Moola Pro and the Loyalty app.
+ Updates to Driver's License information will now properly affect Moola Pro.
+ In cases of no network connectivity, the app will display an expected error message when the user takes action.
