Wilco Alerta es un nuevo concepto en alarmas vecinales monitoreadas para barrios cerrados.
Cada integrante del barrio podrá enviar a la guardia avisos de Pánico, emergencia médica, incendio o pedido de un vigilador.
Todos los usuarios, estarán informados sobre el aviso de Pánico.
La guardia informará a los usuarios, el avance del tratamiento del aviso.
La unidad central de monitoreo, estará informado de todos los barrios y supervisará el proceder de la guardia de cada barrio.
