About ZER0ED
ZER0ED is an action packed arcade-style math game about making zeros. Use Resources and fuel to get the Targets to ZER0 as fast and as often as you can. However, if a Target goes negative, you lose!
The chaotic mania style of means each game lasts only a few minutes, randomization of the numbers means no two games are the same, and the lure of a "win" is only a few points away!
ZER0ED challenges you to think quick and strategically as you plan your next tap. To do this there are some key gameplay features that force you to think not just about creating ZER0s, but maybe you'll want to end a number with a 5 to get bonus points or you'll certainly want to avoid ending a Target's Value with a 7 to avoid penalties. Additionally, as you score more points, the game's timers speed up forcing you to make your calculations even faster.
The hand drawn backgrounds and simple sound effects and music add to the truly indie developer nature of this game. The entire project was completed by one person of the course of a few months of the time.
To add more challenge and replay value to ZER0ED Game Center achievements and weekly leadersboards were added to the game. Can you get the high score?
ZER0ED is a passion project designed and created primarily out of curiosity. It's the culmination of years of teaching myself to code, not because I had to, but because I wanted to. Thank you for considering this action packed math puzzler!

- Introducing the Powerup Resource - This resource is rare, but it grants access four different powerups that can be used to help you reach new high scores.
*Cloner: Tap this power up to change all the targets on the board to the same value
*2x Points: Double the scores for a few seconds. Be careful penalty points are also doubled!
*Extra Fuel: Run out of fuel? Don't worry this spare tank has you covered
*Below ZER0: Did you miscalculate a subtraction? Redeem yourself with this power up!

- Cleaned up the tutorial wording a bit more
- Balanced the difficulty to make the earlier levels slightly easier

Thanks for playing ZER0ED! All the feedback and kind words have been fantastic and truly makes the challenge of releasing my first game worth it. This update is another small quality of life update to fix a few issues that have popped up since launch.
Fixed - Issue where lifetime win percentage was not being calculated
Fixed - Issue where Game Center and local weekly stats didn't sync their reset
Fixed - Issue causing Targets to remain locked if a 7 or 5 was allowed to expire
Fixed - Issue where the penalty resource was not reducing FUEL if allowed to expire
Fixed - Spent Fuel is now removed from the fuel tank immediately instead of when their particle is removed from the scene
