Users are now able to answer call backs, requested by customers in queue, in the mobile app.

Attendants away from their workstation, can now camp calls on busy colleagues from within the mobile app, allowing for the call to transfer through, when the colleague becomes available.

Users can now see their colleagues presence states on the individual devices they use besides the unified presence indicator.

This update strengthens the users ability to work on the fly and remotely.
