可將教材下載到行動裝置中，讓學員可隨時隨地進行閱讀與學習。為了擺脫劣質網路環境的限制，學員可在穩定的網路環境中 (例如 WIFI) 下載容量較大的影片教材，下載後即可在沒有網路的環境下隨時進行學習。除此之外，當有裝置偵測到網路連線時，會自動將離線學習記錄回傳至「明志網路大學」學習平台中，讓學員可以保持最完整的學習記錄，有效掌握自身的學習進度。
