About 010 ACCESIBLE AytoMurcia

El Ayuntamiento de Murcia implanta un Servicio dirigido a Personas Sordas o con discapacidad auditiva que usan la Lengua de Signos en sus relaciones con las Administraciones Públicas así como para la realización de trámites o gestiones.

Es un nuevo servicio que se presta de forma presencial y telemática.

En el caso presencial se realiza mediante la utilización con videoconferencia en las que intervienen la persona demandante del servicio, el personal técnico auxiliar de atención ciudadana y el personal/agente traductor de lengua de signos del servicio “010 ACCESIBLE”.

En la modalidad telemática el personal demandante del servicio puede utilizarlo desde la página web del Ayuntamiento o a través de los dispositivos móviles mediante la aplicación “010 ACCESIBLE”. En este caso la interlocución es directa entre el personal demandante y el personal traductor.
