This app walks through a series of calming techniques for a child and adult to use together, such as hugging, hitting pillows, and counting to 10.
The app is highly customizable where new techniques can be added, reordered, enabled/disabled, as well as timing set.
The hope is that this app can teach kids some techniques to calm themselves so eventually they won't need the app in front of them.
