BLUF: 2903 updated, LEADM updated, Missions updated.

Details:
- Updated the new version of AFI36-2903
- Fixed a bug where the missions would not load
- Updated the missions for holm center, AFROTC and AFROTC LEAD
- Ranks cleaned up

I modified the section on rank structure so that the rank was correctly reflected for the SMSgt rank. Added the Air Force Ribbon Rack as requested by Liam from Detachment 35, Fresno, CA. As well as the MAJCOM's and their headquarters locations as requested by Marady from Detachment 35, Fresno, CA. I have added the section for commonly used military songs, added the navy ranks (collar devices), changed the shade of blue for the app so it appears less purple and adjusted the view of the ranks to include a high resolution set of them. I have made more design changes, added the ranks of two other branches and added a share feature to the Important Reading AFI Section. I have also added a section for some commonly played military songs.

Made some simple bug fixes and we FINALLY got a simple color scheme so the app does not look so bland! It isn't the best but if you have any ideas send the, my way! I'm just a comm guy, I can only do so much. I finally incorporated support for iPad as well !

I made a few changes to the app, i added the much requested chain of command section. I also made a fix to the menu where you couldn't see the whole term "Important Readings". I also went ahead and added the Airman's Manual as I know some people had AEF related questions and wanted it to be added.
