About Allo Proximité

Avec l’application Allo-Proximité, alertez rapidement les services de la Ville de Mulhouse et ses partenaires des dysfonctionnements constatés sur l’espace public (ordure non collectée, déjection canine, nid de poule, graffiti, éclairage défectueux…).

L’application permet d’envoyer un signalement, agrémenté d’une photo et d’un descriptif détaillé, pour informer rapidement le service concerné et permettre le traitement de l’incident.
Les usagers peuvent suivre le traitement de leur signalement, ajouter un complément d’information. Ils peuvent également prendre connaissance des signalements récents enregistrés autour du point où ils se situent (par géolocalisation).
