Please be aware that you need an active Blueface Account to access the Blueface UC Softphone. Once you sign up for a Blueface Basic Account, you will be sent your Softphone credentials via email. You can also access your credentials and manage your Softphone from the Blueface UC Portal.
*Note: Call Recording is a paid add-on for Blueface Business Basic Customers.
