- bug fixes related to the History panel and navigating between boards / tables (mostly about scrollbar, and which movie is selected when user moves around)

- For tournaments and team matches with prepared deals: Show which folder of deals has been uploaded to a tournament or team match
- Improved contrast on mobile to make the bottom bar options more visible
- Added support for barometer in some daylongs (ie, show provisional scores during the game).
- Fixed menu option when calling TD in Express tourneys -- it now says "Withdraw", when user attempts to Call TD.
