About CityForce - INSPECT

This is a patch release to address the breaking issue caused by iOS 13.5.1 which prevents rendering of inspection items in the right hand column on the ipad screen. For now the inspection form will be limited to a one-column view to restore functionality but a future release will return the form to two columns.
