About Corporate Pass Tracker
Corporate Pass Tracker is designed to allow your organization or group to easily reserve, assign or track any shareable or transferable Pass, Ticket or Perk that is available to it's members or preferred clients.
From the Pass Tracker Screen, users can see the availability of any Pass, view who currently has the pass and checkout or return the pass if they are using it.
Pass Tracker uses a Lottery System to assign available Passes if more Reservation Requests for a date are made than the number of available Passes.
The App keeps track of each Users Lottery Wins and the Lottery algorithm prioritizes Users by the number of Lottery Wins they have accumulated. Members with the least amount of Lottery Wins are assigned Passes first. If the number of qualifying members exceeds the number of available Passes, then Passes are assigned through a random draw.
Passes can also be manually assigned to members by an Admin, which can supersede Lottery results.
The Lottery to assign Passes is executed a specified number of days prior to the Reserve Date so members can know ahead of time if they have been awarded a pass for their requested date and can plan ahead. The Lottery execution date is set by the Groups Admin.
The Apps Reserve Calendar enables members to select the date they would like to reserve or claim a Pass for. When a user selects a date from the Calendar, they can see the other members that have also made a request for the date and view their number of Lottery Wins.

--Create up to 3 different Pass Categories or Groups for your organization
--Add unlimited Passes, Tickets or Perks of similar type to each Category or Group
--Approve / Disapprove Group Users
--Grant other Users Admin Status
--Remove any Members Reserve Request from the Calendar
--Specify the number of days Prior to Reserve Request Date to execute the Lottery
--Override Lottery Results and assign a Pass to a specific User's Reserve Request
--Override Lottery Results and remove a user's Lottery Win Status
--Change Group Password
--View and Access each Members Email, Phone Number and Department

With Pass Tracker, Group Members can now text or call the current pass holder by selecting the Pass Button. This can be used to determine if the Pass will be available later in the day.

Several Admin Features have been added to Pass Tracker. Most notably, a Search Bar has been added to the Approval Screen enabling the Admin to quickly locate a specific user in the scrolling list and now the Admin can contact Users by email, text or phone directly from the Approval Screen.
