+ Added four levels of roles to DSDLink and a User Management interface (in settings)
— Level 0 completely prevents a user from logging in to the system
— Level 1 allows a user to view all products and prices, take inventory and create orders
— Level 2 allows a user to do everything Level 1 does, plus SUBMIT the orders and edit existing orders
— Level 3 (the default role) allows a user to do everything Level 2 does, plus manage others' roles
+ Expanded search functionality in Browse to help users find the desired products
+ Moved 'Edit Existing Orders' tool to a more natural position in 'My Orders'

UI Changes:
- We have moved "Select a distributor" to the top of the home page. This eliminates the need to select your distributor every time you do anything in the application.
- Added a menu (accessible throughout the app by pulling it from the left side of the screen) that allows for quick navigation to any part of the app
