We have heard from employees that growing as a leader is their number one desire for training and development. We are excited to introduce a new suite of Mobile Apps into Perks at Work to help. The Feedback Labs app is Next Jump, Inc.'s experimental environment to test different ways to make feedback more meaningful for you and your colleagues.

Feedback Labs allows you to receive feedback from colleagues at your company with the purpose of providing you (and others) with insights into your development. Additionally, this app provides you with the ability to assist in others' development by leaving candid, helpful feedback.
