El Entrenamiento Gorila comprende un conjunto de más de 19 ejercicios de ritmo rápido sin aparatos deportivos (más de 40 en la versión completa). Nuestras rutinas de entrenamiento diarias, basadas en el peso corporal, alternan la preparación cardiovascular y la anaeróbica a fin de conseguir máximos resultados en un corto período de tiempo. Cada ejercicio se centra en grupos musculares específicos para ayudarte a fortalecer y tonificar core, abdominales, pecho, espalda, brazos y piernas, así como a fundir el exceso de grasa. El Entrenamiento Gorila consta de 4 niveles que ofrecen programas distintos según tu condición física actual. El Nivel 1 es para aquellos que están iniciándose en el mundo del fitness e introduce ejercicios como flexiones de pared, sentadillas en el aire y fondos. El Nivel 4 es para las personas extremadamente atléticas, capaces de realizar ejercicios intensos tipo burpees, pistolas y flexiones con un solo brazo.
Cada ejercicio incluye una detallada descripción escrita, que incluye el grupo muscular ejercitado, el modo de realización de cada movimiento e incluso un vídeo con una persona real ejecutando el ejercicio, de modo que podrás siempre comprobar que lo realizas correctamente. Los vídeos se almacenan en el dispositivo para que puedas verlos en cualquier momento, aunque no dispongas de conexión telefónica ni a Internet.
En todos los niveles comenzarás en el Día 1 y seguirás una rutina de entrenamiento día a día, que te animará a alcanzar el siguiente nivel. Tras completar un ejercicio, podrás compartirlo en redes como Facebook o Twitter para aumentar el ánimo y la motivación, o para jactarte de ello si compites contra tus amigos.

Paired Muscle Mania focuses on working out specific muscle groups based on the location of those muscles, allowing you to work upper body one day, core and back the next, then lower body the following. This structure prevents the body from over-working certain muscle groups in a given time frame, allowing workouts to be completed with minimal to no rest in between.

Performing a proper burpee requires a combination of cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength, lower body strength and correct posture/form. Anyone can do a single burpee, but to be able to perform burpees in the twenties and thirties requires practice and diligence.
The Burpee Challenge focuses on building the muscles and endurance needed to perform thirty perfect burpees without rest, something that can't be done without practice. This workout focuses on the same muscle groups consistently so try to rest every other day to give your body ample time to heal.
