Here you can add good things that happen in your life on daily basis. You can think about what you are grateful for, and write or add your own pictures. Review and increase your list can make your life great.

It can even help prepare and strengthen you to deal with the rough patches when they pop up.

It is a visual meditation to reflect about things you are grateful for.
