Infor CRM Mobile is an on-the-go extension of Infor’s robust Multi-Tenant Cloud CRM. Now you can create and manage important activities, contacts, notes, and reminders on your phone. Convert leads and drive more sales with features that let you engage, re-engage, and build sustainable customer relationships wherever you are.
This companion app is available for multi-tenant Infor CRM Mobile users on iOS 13 or higher.
Use Infor CRM Mobile to:
- View, edit, and store activities, accounts, and contacts
- Integrate CRM contacts and accounts from the web-client
- Capture notes with keypad or voice
- Place calls within the app with the native dialer
- Log call and meeting outcomes in the app
- Export files to other apps like Mail and Files storage
- Perform quick actions like viewing maps, email contacts.
