[Issue] Unable to send coupons in LINE@ app for iOS
Users of LINE@ app for iOS version 1.6.5 experience a problem when trying to send coupons via LINE@ app.
Currently no "Coupon" option is available when trying to create a broadcast message via LINE@ app ("Manage" > "Broadcast" > "Create New Message" > "Edit Message" > "+").
Instead, "Video message", "Voice message" and "Location" are shown.
These options are currently not supported in LINE@ app, so if you try to send them, only a white square will appear.
Recipients also will see only the white square.
However, other iOS versions, and also Android version of LINE@ app are not affected.
How to avoid the problem:
- use LINE@ Manager on PC to send coupons
- use older versions of LINE@ app
We are working to investigate and resolve the issue.
